This white Burgundy comes from the special selection of 100% Chardonnay grapes, mainly from the Côte d’Or and the Côte Chalonnaise. A true introduction to the great white grape variety of Burgundy, it enrobes the fruit with much elegance. An enjoyable wine to be savoured right from the convivial aperitif.

The vineyards of MJ TRICOT are entrusted to the house of Bouchard Père et Fils, providing the extensive expertise of its winemakers and cellar master to create products of excellence.

  • Supply : The must of the young wines comes mainly from contracts with winemakers who meet the strict qualifying criteria of the house, thus offering a consistent blend of wines.
  • Harvest :manual, in small 13 kg boxes; careful manual sorting of each cluster.
  • Maturing: : depending on the vintage, 10 to 15% of the harvest goes into French oak barrels for 7 to 8 months, the rest into stainless steel vats.
  • Tasting Note : pale gold robe. Nose with notes of white-fleshed fruit (peach, pear). On the palate, it conveys its fruity flavours on a creamy texture, with a nervy zest that takes it to another level.
  • Food pairing : Snails, seafood, deep-fried fish.
  • Serving temperature : between 10 °C and 12 °C
